The zeolite wheel adsorbs low-concentration VOC from large exhaust volumes using a hydrophobic zeolite honeycomb, then desorbs and concentrates it for oxidation — for painting, printing and chemical off-gas treatment.

Coated with hydrophobic zeolite on a honeycomb ceramic carrier, the wheel continuously adsorbs VOC from high-volume low-concentration exhaust and, after thermal desorption in the regeneration sector, delivers a small high-concentration stream — sharply cutting the energy cost of downstream RTO/CO treatment. It is the core component for VOC control in painting, printing and chemical industries.
