The Hot-Air Waste in the Printing and Coating Industry
Processes such as gravure printing, coating, lamination, and film stretching rely on large amounts of hot-air drying, with exhaust temperatures of 60–150°C rich in recoverable sensible heat, and often accompanied by VOCs requiring treatment. Installing an air-to-air plate heat exchanger at the front-end drying moisture-exhaust outlet recovers heat, and connecting to RTO/RCO treatment at the back end delivers dual benefits of "energy saving + environmental protection."
